Carl Medearis

Carl is married with Children, and now resides in the USA.  He served with his family among Muslims in the Middle East for 12 years.  He works with leaders in the West and Arab world towards transformation by the life and teachings of Jesus.

He is the co-author of “Tea with Hezbollah” with Ted Dekker and the author of “Muslims Christians, and Jesus”.

Joy Loewen   (women's plenary)

"You Can Reach Muslim Women"

Joy was born in Yemen and raised in Somalia by American pioneer missionary parents. She met her husband at Moody Bible Institute and together they served in Pakistan for ten years. For the past 22 years Joy has been an evangelist among Muslim women in Canada. 

Her book, "Woman to Woman, Sharing Jesus with a Muslim Friend" was published in 2010.  She has been interviewed on numerous radio stations across North America and in the UK. Joy is married with two adult children and five grandchildren. She holds both American and Canadian citizenships. Pastor Wagdi Iskander   (Reconciliation Plenary)

Pastor Wagdi and others will lead the assembly in a time of reflection, prayer, and practical steps in repentance and commitment to one another. A time for individual and corporate prayer will be included.

BIO - Pastor Wagdi is from the Middle East, and came to know the Lord in his country. He has served with various missions, pastored Arab churches, works in evangelism to Muslims, and trains Christians in reaching Muslims. He is married with children, and resides in Canada. He is working on a book for dialoguing with Muslims about the Lord Jesus.

 

Pastor Dr. Rasul Malik   (men's plenary speaker),

"The Whole of the Church Needed to Reach the Whole of the Muslim World"

Pastor Rasul invites the whole of the church to work together to reach all the Mus!ims God has brought to Canada. To reach these Mus!ims will take all of us working together. What is your part?

BIO - Pastor Dr. Rasul Malik is married to Edna Malik, and they have with grown children. They were born in the Middle East. He pastored Arab churches there and in Canada. He now operates a TV program for the Middle East, and meets with believers in North America, Europe and the Middle East, and speaks in churches in Canada and USA. He resides in Canada. He has written a book on apologetics with Muslims.
